教学过程 
一、课前热身(Warm-up
1.Free talk
T: Hello, boys and girls. I’m Miss Hong. Greeting to me.
Ss: Hello, Miss Hong.
T: Nice to meet you.   Ss: Nice to meet you, too. T:This class we’ll have a match between four groups, let’s see which group can get the crown. You are the winner.
2.英语歌
T:First, Let’s sing and do. You are wonderful! Today we are going to learn Unit 4 What can you do Part A Let’s talk. (板书课题)
二、Review
1.复习词组 magic eye 课件闪过词组,学生抢读。If you can read , please keep silence and hands up. He is right, others says “wonderful” together
 Read together(升降调读) 教师示范like ...
2.复习句型
1) T:All these things ,What can you do?请学生回答I can...(2名)
再用How about you?提问  wonderful表扬
2) Ask me,please.(生问师答)
3)请学生问答,一起问个别答(ask him, ask her)If you like it,say“wonderful”
        三、新课呈现(Presentation)
1. 学习词组:Next Tuesday.
T:I’m happy these days, my birthday is coming.What day is it today? It’s Friday.教师出示日历,指今天的日期问: next Tuesday it’s my birthday.Look at thecalendar指下一星期二读Next Tuesday. 带读 ,男女升降调读 指名读用上next.
2.教师用课件出示一副热闹的派对景象 练读句子:We’ll have an English party next Tuesday. (先读have an English party,再练读句子。)
1)带读,
2)分1234组读3)点4名学生读句子。Who can read? next.
3.看视频,说一说   There is an English party, Let’s watch it.
Let’s see what can they do? They can...
出示海报(Poster): welcome to my English party.
1)练习对话:What can you do for the party, children?  
T: what can you do for the party, children? 板书句型
※高低音练读句子(High-low voice)
Look at my hand and read the sentence.教师示范说明。like...
※出示图片,小组轮答(answer with the picture)  
小组轮流问答.group1, answer with the picture. 提问时 “How about you,group 2?”
※sentence reply(句子接力)
师问生答,生问生答Ss:one by one. 回答并show us your song .
Others say together:wonderful
※pairwork(ask and answer with you partner)
用上Wonderful ,Great, cool来表扬. you are clever. Maybe who have a try again.
4. 张鹏和John 也来参加,我们来听听录音.(ZhangPeng and John also come to the party, what can they do for the party? Let’s listen and answer)
1)第一次播放教学录音,学生听完录音后回答下面问题:
(Let’s check the answers.NO1 No2 Good job!)
2)第二,三次播放教学录音,全班学生跟着录音读.(listen and repeat)
 请学生翻开书跟录音机读(open your book, turn to page 38.Listen and repeat.)
3)师生分角色读 学生齐读,师扮Miss 生扮Zhang John
4)小组分角色读 Now group work. After, role play here.
5)role play教师请小组几名同学带头饰表演.which group wants to try?
6)Let’s chant    教师带领同学们边唱边做相应动作
四、巩固延伸(Consolidation & Extension)
T: I want to make a program like this.示图 Let’s do a survey to know what can you do for the party? 出示图表讲解In this row write your name, group leader ask, others answer then tick in other rows.
Which group can report to us (give us a report)? 2      T: you are talented.
五、课堂小结

Who is the best group in the class? let’s see...
