Part A  Lets talk & Lets try 教学设计

   黄梅县第四小学 舒雁

一、教学目标:

1 知识目标:能够结合图片理解对话大意,并在对话语篇中初步感悟句型 There is以及单词Photo 的意义;

2 能力目标:能够按照正确的语音、语调及意群朗读对话并进行角色扮演;能够在情景中运用句型There is …描述某处有某物;

3 情感目标:能够大胆发表看法并形成及时整理个人物品的意识。

二、教学重点:理解对话的大意及句型There is的意义,能够进行角色扮演,能在情景中用There is …描述某处有某物;能与同学完成简单的口语交际:谈论房间。

三、教学难点:理解句型There is的意义;能在情景中用There is .描述某处有某物。

四、教学过程:

Step 1: Warm-up

1Enjoy a song. “A photo of me”.(幻灯2

【设计意图】:课前播放本单元英语歌曲,营造英语学习氛围,并渗透本单元话题。

2Let’s do. (四上unit 4)

TNow, stand up, let’s do.(幻灯3

【设计意图】:通过TPR活动,活跃课堂气氛,并复习房间单词。

3Talk about the things in the classroom.

T: Look! What’s in our classroom?

S: A computer/….

TYes, there is a computer/… in the classroom.

【设计意图】:讨论真实情景“教室里有什么?”,通过师生对话,复习房间物品单词,并以旧带新,渗透There is句型,为本课的对话教学作铺垫。

Step 2: Presentation

1lead-in.

T:(幻灯4Look, there is a living room. Can you tell me, whose living room is it?

S: Zhang Peng’s.

TWhy is it Zhang Peng’s living room? How do you know?

T: Yes, in the bedroom, there is a photo. Look at the photo, what can Zhang Peng do?

S: He can do some Kung fu.

T: Yes. He can do some Kung fu. He’s cool. Then, what’s in the living room?

SThere is a TV. … (引导学生尝试用There be 句型回答。)

【设计意图】:讨论本单元主情景图中“客厅里有什么?”,让学生初步感知核心句型There is句型的表达和单词photo的意义。

2Let’s try

T: You are wonderful. Today, Sarah and Mike go to Zhang Peng’s home. (幻灯5)Look, what’s in the picture?

S: A computer/a TV.

TThere is a computer/a TV. (There be 句型完善答句。)

T: So can you guess what they want to do?

S: Watch TV/Play computer.

T: Maybe, now, open your books and turn to page 48, let’s try, listen and tick! (播放Let’s try 录音)

T: Ok, class, which picture is right? What’s in the bedroom?

【设计意图】讨论Let’s try“图片中有什么?”预测录音中张鹏房间里有什么;再听录音验证预测,完成Let’s try练习,进一步感知There be句型并复习computer等相关单词。

3Let’s talk

1TThere is a computer in the bedroom. What else is in Zhang Peng’s bedroom? (幻灯6Look at the screen, Can you guess? (引导学生观察对话图片用Maybe there is a …猜测。)

【设计意图】讨论“张鹏的卧室里还会有什么?”,预测Lets talk 中相关内容,运用猜测的方式激发学生对文本的求知欲望。

2T: (幻灯7)Now listen carefully, and find out what is in the bedroom. (播放对话录音)

S: There is a bed/photo/computer in the room.

T: Yes, there is a photo. Where is the photo? Can you point? (师适时与学生讨论photo所在,检验学生是否掌握其义。师通过PPT显示书中图片,学生示意后,师以手示意,肯定说:Yes, Zhang Peng’s photo is here on the wall. 并引导学生学说此句,为文本中类似句型做好铺垫)

师适时板书a photo/a computer /a big bed,教学photo,并操练:Photo, photo. There is a nice photo.

【设计意图】学生初步整体感知对话文本内容,处理文本主要信息,教师适时教授There is句型和photo。加深学生对该句型意义的感悟。

3T:(幻灯8-10)Let’s watch the flash and answer the questions.:

1) Is Zhang Peng’s room nice?

         2) Is the bed big or small?

3) Where is the computer?

Let Ss watch the flash and answer.

【设计意图】观看对话视频,处理细节问题。解决对话中的难点,为后面培养学生大胆发表意见做好铺垫。

Step 3 Practice & consolidation

1、(幻灯11)播放对话录音,全班学生跟读对话,提醒学生在跟读的过程中注意模仿语音、语调。

2、(幻灯12师生合作读对话。

3Work in groups of 3.

4、分角色表演。

【设计意图】:通过跟读,师生互动,生生互动,角色扮演等多种方式,对文本进行巩固操练。

5(幻灯13)Let’s chant.

T: Class, let’s see, there is a chair, a photo, a computer and a big bed in the bedroom. (教师梳理句型,渗透在列举物品时的升降调读音)

Then, where is the chair/photo/computer?引导学生根据图片回答并板书under the desk/near the window/on the desk/in the bedroom. Now,(幻灯11) close your mouth and listen to me.(师范唱。)It’s your turn. (学生唱)

【设计意图】继续讨论对话图片,引导学生在新句型中使用on/in/under等方位词组描述物品摆放位置。并练习自编chant,巩固新句型,为后面的学习奠定基础。

Step 4: Extension

1Which room do you like?

T(幻灯14)Zhang Peng’s room is very nice, what about Wang Peng’s room? Look, what’s in Wang Peng’s room? (学生回答)

T: Which room do you like?

【设计意图】讨论“王鹏的房间里有什么?”,让学生在新情景中运用本课所学句型谈论房间,然后与张鹏的房间进行比较,激发学生大胆发表看法并唤起学生及时整理个人物品的意识。

2Fill in the blanks and act.

T:(幻灯15-17Now, class, let’s talk about our bedroom, or classroom, or toy box, or garden. Let me talk about my garden first.(师生合作范演,然后学生合作完成填空并表演,最后选两个小组展示。)

【设计意图】讨论“课件创设的四个场景中有什么?”,并完成相关的填空练习,然后生生合作进行表演。用对话表演的方式,把课堂还给学生,充分发挥学生好动、好表现等个性特长,寓教于乐,给学生展示的机会和平台,锻炼学生的合作学习能力,整体训练学生的听说读写能力,让学生能在具体语境中运用本课所学句型,突破本课重难点。

Step 5: Summary & homework

1、学生说说自己本节课的收获并总结评价优胜小组。

2、布置作业:用英语向父母或朋友介绍张鹏或自己的卧室。

【设计意图】总结本课所学知识,要求学生课后向父母介绍张鹏或自己的房间,为下一节单词课教学做好准备。
